I think my 9 month old kitten spooky may have a sprained tail. I noticed he started acting oddly around 4 days ago. Spooky is normally a very active cat always running around playing with his brother and is very expressive with tail.
He has began hiding under the bed, sleeping all day, won’t play or come for snuggles. He does eat and use the litter box fine. He keeps his tail low or wrapped around his when in a crouched position. I could barely tell he was walking with a slight slump until today when I was down on his level. I never saw him get injured or he doesn’t meow out in pain when I touch him.
I am taking him to the vet tomorrow but I wanted to know if anyone else had a similar experience and want the outcome was? I just love him so much and I’m really concerned.
