Yesterday I adopted a dog from a shelter. She was. Rescue from a puppy mill where she had almost no human interaction. She hasn’t eaten anything or drank water in 2 days now. She won’t come out of her pen, which has been open since i brought her home. She just presses her nose into the corner anytime anyone comes into the room. Her nose is rubbed raw from pressing into the pen corner. I know she won’t starve herself to death, but i’m really scared about her not drinking water. I know this could cause kidney stones or other complications. I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help?
