What is everyone's opinion of a cat being on a leash, and only being allowed to go outside if it is on a leash? I'm house sitting my friends cat who is in this scenario, just curious if anyone else has tried to do this. The neighbourhood is safe and the other cat at this house owned by the other flatmate comes and goes no lease, no problem.
