[Discussion] should I try to get my cat in earlier for her constipation?

I have a 15 year old cat. For about a week, shes been constipated. Shes able to go, sometimes she grunts s little bit. Other than that shes acting pretty normal. From when I first noticed she was constipated, I waited a couple days to see if it went away. When it wasn't, I gave the vet a call. They said as long as she actually able to go, then she can wait until Wednesday to be seen. That was 2 days ago. Well, she seemed to be getting better last night, but this morning I watched her go, and she grunted a little bit. Should I take her to urgent care, of bring her in Wednesday like the vet said? I started feeding her soft food a couple days ago, but I'm not sure if it's working.
