Does anyone know how to stop a cat from bitting?

Hello. Sorry for any errors. My cat is a 1 and half year old mixed ragdoll.

Whenever my 3 year old has head pains. She will go up to him, do a soft bite, then runs away or hides under the table and stare. He isnt really loud. Just says it hurts, crys, hold his head but he is not screaming or yelling.

If he is having a tantrum or crying, screaming in time out. She would just ignore him or go up to him demanding pats.

Does anyone know why she only does it when he has head pain?

Or know a way to stop her from biting? My husband suggested to spray her with water but i dont know about that.
