Kitten Stopped Eating His Dry Food

Hello everyone, so my kitten is 14-15 weeks old. Like the title says, he has stopped eating his dry food. He used to enjoy eating it and he would finish his meal in one sitting. But as of now, he only nibbles a few bites and walks away. I feed him 1 can of wet kitten food along with 1/4 cup of dry food and it is split into 3 meals a day. He devours the wet food but doesn't really touch the dry food. He usually has dry food left over by the time I go to sleep and once I wake up he's eaten most of it.

I've tried feeding him only dry food for his first meal of the day but he still doesn't eat much. If I feed him only wet food, he eats all of it. It seems like he stopped enjoying dry food and prefers wet food. Should I start feeding him 2 cans of wet food a day and lessen the amount of dry food?

I also wanted to mention that he has a biting problem and always starts biting my hands once I pick him up. He only seems to do this in his "hyper moods" as I like to call it. He has plenty of toys & playtime - so I'm not sure what I can do to stop his biting.
