Dog not responding 12 hours after sedation

We brought our 7 year old poodle-Maltese at the vet last night because I noticed she was limping and whining when we touched her front right paw. They had to sedate her because she wouldn’t sit still at all. They removed some ball from between her cushions, not really sure what is was. When I picked her up she was completely fine. Happy, acting herself. Brought her home, went to bed. Next day, she doesn’t move at all, barely moves her eyes. I fed her from my hand she ate everything, but won’t drink water at all. Then she peed the bed. She never does this.

Her heart is beating very slowly and she’s not moving at all. The sedation was around 2 am and it’s now 2 pm.

Shouldn’t the sedation have gone out? Is this normal? Should I keep trying to get her to drink water? I’m not sure what to do I keep doubting my decision to have taken her to the vet last night. I’m so worried she’s not moving and her heart is beating extremely slowly.

I’m trying to get in touch with the vet but I’ve been on hold for some time. I also wasn’t in with her yesterday cause of the virus I had to wait in the car so I didn’t see everything.
