Kitten with a list of issues...

I found a kitten last week on the road and took her in for her own safety from the traffic.

I took her to the vet as soon as possible given special precautions cause of COVID19.

-- I know we are not vets, but given the time we are in, I just want to know what other's experience are. --

From internet research, I think she's 7weeks old, but the vet says shes 5weeks. She knows how to use the litter box, I've only put her in and swirled the litter around and she was fine from there on.

Her issues: 1. Her poop is not poop. Its mucusy and clear with some blood. Like when you've looked at your tissue after you blew your nose. This started two days ago. 2. Her tummy has been more and more bloated since day two. Its getting to the point I think she will pop...

I've reached out to the vet, who gave me probiotics, and also gave them a poop sample five days ago. This was when kitten's poop was still dark brown and actual poop. When I didnt hear back, I called them two days after. Over these two days, her poop got lighter brown and eventually it is now that clear mucus mess. They told me the techs LOST her poop, but they are going to do a test for me if I give them another sample. At this time, I've taken the probiotics off the kitten's diet since she's started having really runny diarrhea. So, the sample I can only give them is just soaked litter. By the time I get the baggie to the vet, the mucus gets absorbed into the litter and I dont know if they were even able to find anything that way. I call back for the results and they said they didnt find anything (no parasite, etc) ...but they will put my kitten on "Albon Oral Susp 5% 50mg/mL." I will pick it up from them tomorrow, but this is all too concerning. And frankly...I am not trusting this vet too much. So I want to know if you guys can share your experiences.

TLDR: ~5 week old kitten has been consuming formula made into a paste with great appetite, fed 4x a day. VERY bloated belly, super runny diarrhea and watery mucus-like excrement..."poop" test came back negative for parasites but kitten has not had a actual poop in five days. Concerned and want to know if she will be okay.
