Has anyone's cat ever pushed a window screen out of its frame?

The screen in the window is so flimsy in the middle. I don't mean push the screens frame out of the window frame (since it pops in from the inside, not the outside) but actually push the screen part out of the screen's frame.

She's a big cat (not fat just LARGE) and I caught her standing up and putting her weight right at the weakest part. I'm scared one day she'll run and jump up there fast enough hearing a bird and knock the screen out. If she fell out she wouldn't be able to jump back up and she's such a scared baby. I guess I am too because it terrified me seeing her do that!

The window is 22" wide and I'm struggling to find a good solution to making it so she wouldn't be able to slip through. Things are either too wide for the window or in the case of a lot of baby proofing things, the holes in the bars would be big enough she could still slip through.

Has this ever happened to anyone here? I feel so paranoid but she's so important to me, I don't know what I'd do without her.
