Hi all,
I am just now getting into fostering. Originally, I had 2 foster cats, but one of them just got adopted. We had wanted to adopt them out together, but they did not get along at all (constant fighting/hissing). The one that stayed behind is also having some health issues, so she will be with me for a while longer.
She does not sleep with me, as my partner is a light sleeper. So last night was her first night alone, and she meowed the entire night. I felt terrible for her. Is there anything I can do to make the nights easier for her (other than letting her sleep with me)?
I plan on trying to foster another cat that could be a potential playmate for her, but I want to make her nights easier until then.
