My cat shakes after drinking water. Does it mean she’s in pain or..?

She had her surgery two weeks ago, they had to put her jaw back in place after she fell. Also, she had a kidney problem, that didn’t seem chronic, but we had to do perfusions twice a week. after the surgery we stopped because it’s very stressful for her but also because her last blood results were much better. At the same time after the surgery it appeared she also had anemia, which the doctor said was due to stress and the surgery, and maybe also the kidney problem. About a week ago, I noticed that she was sitting and shaking just a little, like it was barely noticeable.. my friend who’s a vet said to take her temperature but I still haven’t done it because it’s stressful for her and because other than that overall she looks ok and is getting better progressively. But today, like right now, she’s sitting without moving much in this position that makes me think maybe she’s in a bit of pain, she just drank a bit of water.. and idk maybe it’s painful because of the kidneys..? she’s also trembling a little, when i put my hand on her back i can feel it, as if she was cold. What could it be, does anyone know..? should i really take her temperature ? other than that she seems fine though.
