I got a puppy not long ago. I was going to pay the $400 pet fee but covid happened and I couldn't work. Been hiding the pup. Small not even 10 lbs. I still plan on paying the fee after I catch up with bills like car and rent. But I see pets all over the complex. Some with more than one. I can't believe everyone paid $400 in fees $800 if they own 2. Please tell me im not the only one hiding my pup!!
