Recently, about 2 weeks ago, my cat came inside(he's a outdoor cat) with a bump on the beginning of his tail. He would barely move his tail too and cried in pain whenever we tried to pet around that area. Now, he started to freely move the rest of his tail and no longer shows signs of any pain. Still, the bump is still there at the beginning of the tail and looks stiff in that area. Should i worry?
