without developing issues or complications. my cat needs to be spayed tomorrow at 2 pm and I was told not to feed her starting at 8 pm last night in preparation for anesthesia. that's 18 hours without food.... that seems a little fucking drastic? probably more considering she won't get home until probably 3 pm and she might not be able to eat food right away. it's 5 am now. what should I do?
