First off, if this was my dog I would be rushing him to the vet. I have been looking to adopt a senior dog. I found this little guy and the rescue has approved me to adopt him. However, the rescue's reviews when it comes to medical records on their dogs isn't great and they won't share them until AFTER the adoption. Sketchy, I know, but this dog needs a home. The dog's foster mom was kind enough to send me this video. What do you think is going on here? I have my thought, but I'm curious as to what you all think. The rescue says it could be extreme itch from allergies. Side note: he is wearing a cone for conjunctivitis.
