My mom's 14 year old Pomeranian mix is licking the fur off of his legs . We have been to the vet and they said it's most likely from stress. He has to be locked away because one of her other dogs has turned on him after years of friendship and he almost lost his life. What can I do besides take him back to the vet with money we don't have to ease his sores and give it a chance to heal.
