I know reddit isn't the best place to get help from but its probably the best way right now but what I was going to say was that I got my hamster yesterday and I feel like I'm not treating it well I keep trying to rush the hamster into getting used to me despite it only being a day i feel like I'm shorting its life because i try to grab and pet it and i feel like rushing the hamster into liking me and grabbing it makes me think it will have a shorter life because i feel like grabbing it makes its heart have a lot of pressure and i feel like its gonna die sooner is this true? because i feel like it is also can anyone tell me how long should i wait when i can bond with my hamster cause like i said I'm rushing it into liking me even tho its only a day and i feel like rushing my hamster into liking me will only make it longer to bond with it can anyone give me some tips please?
