Hello! I recently got my 2 month old Corgi puppy. He's been with me for 3 days. He went here by train and he was in his cage for a long time so when I let him roam around my living room he was ecstatic, running around, barking, being really playful and all. He also eats normally. The next 2 days, he started eating less than usual. He would eat at 6.30 in the morning and will go on without eating his dogfood until the evening. But if I give him treats or something other than dogfood, he'll eat it. He also seems less lively than the first day. I asked the breeder about it and she said that he actually eats a lot and will run and jump around when he's out of his cage. I'm scared there's something I did wrong. I looked up a dog's body language and my puppy was scratching his ears, yawning, and shaking off his body and it means that he is stressed.
Is it possible that he's just sad because he got seperated from his mum and his brothers/sisters? And he's also in a new place with strangers thats why he's been acting like that and he'll be fine after a few days when he adjusts to his surroundings?
Thankyou.
