Advice on muzzle/cone to prevent irritating nose

Hi! This is not a health question!!

I have an akita who has a wound on her nose (yes I have taken her to the vet) She keeps pawing at it and every time a scab forms, she will rub it off with her paw.

I’m not sure if a cone will prevent this, as most cones aren’t long enough for her head. I thought about getting a muzzle, but I want her to be able to drink water while she wears it (I’ll take it off for feeding so i’m not worried about it) but all of the ones I’ve seen on amazon are either not drinkable or don’t cover her nose, or won’t fit her.

Any suggestions?
