I live with my mom 99.9% of the time but rarely I go to visit my dad at his house and he has 2 fully grown dogs (Lila, Female Pitbull Mix) and (Rosco Male Rottweiler Mix) in a garage 24/7 and only takes them out sometimes for walks or so that they can do their Buisness outside. I don’t know what to do because he has a temper and if I try to tell him to stop keeping them in there he’ll just brush it off. It’s a normal sized garage with food and water but he yells at them a lot too. I wish I could just adopt them or give them a better home than living in a garage almost all the time
