We don’t know what to do. the people that live a few houses down from us are clearly negligent. they have already lost 2 other dogs this past month. this little guy was with us since Thursday, until today when the owner saw our facebook post. we gave him back reluctantly sensing that he wasn’t cared for. hours later and he went missing again. we tried to tell the people that found him right away but they’re going to give him right back to the owner. Don’t know what to do, we don’t live in the best part of town and our neighbors looks shady as hell. Before we gave him back we offered to take him if he was too much trouble for them.
