So basically I've been wanting a cockatiel for ages I've done my research and I know how I'll look after it. BUT. I am now unsure because of a few reasons: 1. I am almost 15 and I think that I'll go to college and Uni to become a doctor. If I go away I'd need someone to look after it my mum isnt keen on it and I wouldnt be allowed to keep it in a flat or student accommodation. 2. I have lots of younger siblings and if I kept it I wouldnt want to stress it out with noise as I found out they will bond with only one person
What should I do? I really cannot decide. But the thing is my mum is picky over pets.
Animals with bald tails freak her out, she has a phobia of snakes I'm not allowed a cat or dog.
And I have said no to hamsters as I dont want to deal with such a short lifespan.
Please help! Should I just go for rabbits ☹
