My 6 months cat keeps hissing at her 2 months brother

So i wrote a post before but it turns out i was misunderstanding the situation so i’m posting again. My female cat (Outdoor stray cat) keeps hissing at her brother and keeps a distance from him. Normally she plays with her siblings, sleeps with them and grooms them all the time. But now the moment her brother comes out she becomes aggressive and run as far away from him as she can (after all the hissing ofc) she doesn’t hurt him But she acts as if she’s threatened. She’s acting fine as she still plays around and eats fine. I really don’t understand what a 2 months cat would do to her to make her act like this? she acts normal around her sister, mother, me and another male stray cat who has been sticking around as well. She’s been acting like this for two days.
