She will be cuddling on my lap and all of a sudden she will bite my hand. Actually, she mostly bites my face and neck (which is a huge bummer when you’re allergic to cats). She never breaks the skin, but it’s still freaky. I read online that “love bites” mean she is over stimulated and to stop petting! However!! She literally bit me as I am writing this. I’m not touching her. She’s the one sitting on me, grooming herself and biting me every once and a while. So, why is this? Because if she was being playful, I feel like she wouldn’t be casually sitting her and go off and play with her sister. If she was overstimulated, I feel like she would leave? Or at least stop sitting on me. And man if she gets overstimulated by just sitting on me while I read or use my phone, then I’m not sure what to do. Anyways, what does this mean? Thanks in advance! Sincerely the girl who’s got red blotchy skin all over her neck and face because little kitty likes her random bites.
