My cat gave birth over a month ago to 4 kittens, 2 of them died to unknown reason, one just ran away and died and another just wouldn't interact with his mother and just sat there.
One noticeable thing I saw was that one kitten was bigger than the other by a lot, I googled it online and I saw that it was supposedly because of the gender, so less than a week ago I tested out if they could eat dry food yet, the bigger cat just ate the food with no trouble, it took like a minute or so but it was getting used to it, however, the other cat just struggled with eating it and then spit out a white substance after doing so, whenever she tries eating the dry food she/he just spits out this white substance which I don't know if is vomit and meows loudly.
I'm posting here to see if this is a normal thing we newborn kittens that some may be considerably smaller than others and may have difficulty in eating dry food. Thank you
