Hi all, So my dog 10years old, been diagnosed with diabetes last summer, she was neutered after they diagnosed her with this. Her liver is swollen and the doctor said it won't go smaller much, it looks like she is fat but she is skinny just her stomach looks fat. She takes tablet for liver and takes Insulin of 9ml morning and evening. I have to take care of her now by my self and i was wondering why she often heavy breaths like she run a lot but she just got up. Her breath also smells quite bad and she keeps walking around home looking for food.
I was wondering if there are some ways to help her or make her health more stabilized ?

What do you think of this video guys ? Should i try feeding her raw organic meat instead her royal veterinary dog food?
Do you have or had experience with diabetic dog ? How was it and how did you get on with it ?
