Hi all!
I discovered my cat drooling today, enough to form a big puddle. I called the vet emergency line as they listed excessive drooling as a reason to call. They said as long as she's eating (she is) and behaving otherwise normally (she's trotting around and seems normal) that it shouldn't need emergency care. I'll arrange a normal appointment in the morning and take her in. We've checked the apartment and there wouldn't have been anything that she'd have eaten out of turn.
In the mean time, can anyone share experiences with drooling cats? Every google search sends me into a panic! She's up on the chair next to me as I type, still dribbling away. She's had FORL/TR and several teeth removed due to this a few years ago, so it's possible that's come back.
