I live in a condo, so there is no real backyard for us to use. There is a small patio, but not a lot of it is covered making the surface exposed to the heavy rainfall. My dog has a raincoat and rubber booties for when I walk her in very light showers, but we are talking flash flood warning rain. I feel really bad because she is so excited and wants to go on a walk, but I don’t want either of us to get sick. This morning I let her go in the patio for just a few minutes in her rain gear and then dried her off after, but I can’t be sure she’s doing her business. Any advice?
