Four cats, and they all puke almost daily ... pretty sure they are eating too fast, but not sure how to fix it. Tried a few things already to no avail!

This has been a pretty persistent problem that is gradually getting worse.

We have four cats, all originally strays. Three of them, besides the puking, are perfectly healthy beautiful cats. The fourth is an older cat who needs monthly antibiotic shots to prevent reoccurring canker sores that make her unable to eat (poor baby). All four cats live the good life IMO!

Every day, without fail, they barf. It's usually (not always) right after they eat, and it's usually a big wad of barely digested food. Sometimes it is just brown foamy liquid (digested food and acid).

I know that this is probably an "eating too fast" issue, but I'm not sure how to stop them from chowing down. I feed them one scoop of dry in the morning and one scoop at night. I've tried separating the dishes from each other, but that doesn't seem to help. I've tried pre-wetting the food so it doesn't expand in their stomachs, but they just refuse to eat it until I have to toss it. I've tried a few brands (including super pricy stuff), and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

What else can I try? I'm super tired of the puke-search, and this can't be good long-term for the health of my kitties.
