It just breaks my heart and i don't know what to do to try to help him threw it.

I am the human of a 5 year old male boarder collie (some of you may have seen him here). Well, i rescued Stormy from a meth addict living in a storage unit...so naturally i expected him to have some quirks. One of his quirks that really bothers me (it makes me super sad and concerned) is; him freaking out when you pop clothes. You know, when youre folding pants or whatever and you have to pop them to straighten them out. Its so bad at times that if he sees me pull something out of a laundry hamper he will panic and go hide under my bed, in the closet, or run out the door in a panic. I have no idea why he has been doing this for the two years that ive had him. If anyone has insight or suggestions on how to help him not fear laundry PLEASE dont hesitate to comment or DM me. Thank you in advance!
