Just got my cat spayed today

I just brought my cat home from getting spayed.

I wasn't given any pain meds or anything which I find kinda weird. They told me to just leave her in the cage in a warm place until shes not loopy anymore.

She's been in the cage for a little over an hour and she's clearly still groggy. She's been growling and trying to get out the whole time instead of resting.

I know she's probably just a little confused and uncomfortable but is there anything I could do to help her relax? Ive never been a pet mom on my own before so I'm just a little anxious.

I haven't been bothering her
