I doubt many will have this sort of experience but just in case: I own a pigeon. Her name is Pudge. Every so often, she likes to sort of "purr", similar to a cat but without anyone petting her. Sometimes when she's purring, she'll make the occasional growl-like sound too. Do any other birds of bird owners do this and if so, what does it mean? Is she frustrated? Is she content?
