Just now, I was holding my chinchilla but then she tried to jump down and I caught him but also got scratched in my neck. I was holding him standing on one hand and leaning forward on the other. Are there any tips on how to hold him because the ones online normally end up with him sticking his nose underneath my hand and squeezing through. Also, I washed the scratch with soap and water but is that enough?
