Hi Reddit Community,
I need your help and advice. Just about an hour ago my 2 year old 1/2 Shihtzu 1/2 Bichon snapped and bit my 7 months old baby. The baby was playing on the mat next to a diaper, the dog was sniffing the diaper and when the baby reached out he snapped and bit the baby. This all happened within 10 seconds when I looked away. I immediately took the baby away and put the dog in the other room. The baby is fine, but the fact that he bit the baby worries the shit out of me. The dog is my family and I can’t imagine getting rid of him, but I am very scared for the baby.
Has anyone experienced something like this ? What did you end up doing ? What can I do to protect both of them.
