Owning different species of pets, cohabitation, stress

I'll be getting two cats in the future and I have a Leopard Gecko. Over the years I would like to get more pets, mainly a snake. I would like to know, from your experience, whether cats and terrarium/cage animals would stress each other out. I plan to setup my Gecko in a way that cats won't be able to sit next to or on top of the terrarium. But I'm still worried she would be scared of them.

(I want the cats to have access to every room, pet room is not an option)

Could a Ball Pythons or Hognoses cage be right next to Leopard Geckos or would the Gecko know that they are there and be stressed?

Could I get a bird, or would they be scared?

You can weight in with any species, I really love most animals and love taking care of them so only very few are off the table. (I definitely won't be getting a dog or a hamster)

I obviously wouldn't handle the smaller animals while the cats could get to them. I know that different species shouldn't have any physical contact (except for few rare cases), so my question is only about their comfort when it comes to seeing each other.

Also don't worry about me getting more pets than I could handle, I always prioritize their well being and my partner wouldn't let me do so anyway.
