I have sleep paralysis. I use the tv to comfort myself. but i’m wondering if any way the tv is messing up my puppies sleep. She sleeps by my side because of my sleep paralysis. The tv is very quiet but I have a fan that makes some noise. I was wondering if any of this messed up her sleep..?
