Which pet would be okay to breed?

I've raised puppies for a friend's relatives a few times and loved it. (Momma dogs are with me and spayed, so all good there). I was looking into getting a purebred dog at first but animal shelters are just so full I would feel bad doing it. Is there a pet that isn't overbred that would be a good choice to raise and sell off the babies? I'm starting to think fish or lizards might be okay, not sure.

I do have dogs. I also have a lot of land and was looking into easy to care for farm animals too but not set on anything specific. Any advice or insight is appreciated. I like all kinds of animals.
