My boyfriend’s parents have a 3 year old Great Dane and for the last year she’s been peeing when people get home because she’s excited. I know small dogs usually do this so I’m wondering is she just peeing because she’s excited or could it be more like a bladder infection? She’s left outside when people aren’t home so it’s not like she’s holding her pee. His family also makes sure to be really calm when coming home, but she still pees.
