I'm having a dilemma. My roommate doesn't look after her cat very well. Most of her care is taken care of by me and my wife. The cat (Talia) has been throwing up consistently all day. We're concerned because this has happened before for a multiple week period where the owner was convinced it wasn't a problem and didn't need to bring the cat into a vet. We're all short on money so expensive vet bills are also a factor.
The only reason Talia was able to keep down food was because we drastically reduced her portions of food. But now it seems like even that isn't working. So now we're wondering...can we bring the cat into a vet against the owners will?
