Our kitten is four months old and he’s very cute but sometimes when he wants to jump up somewhere he’ll climb our legs and latch on with his claws which leaves deep scratches. There have been a couple times where I wore shorts and he would do this and I’d end up with bleeding scratches on my thighs. We have scratching posts in the apartment and he uses them often. Is there anything else we can do to discourage him from doing this?
