First time poster, long time lurker on Reddit. Hope I am posting on the right channel.
I have lost my beloved British Shorthair kitten and I’m distraught. His name is Albus, he’s a very typical British blue with hazel eyes, weighing roughly 2kg. He’s friendly but very bonded to my brother and I.
I last saw him in my bedroom last night around 12am. I woke up this morning at 7am and couldn’t find him anywhere in the flat. I believe (not 100%) that my window was open slightly last night. Is there the possibility he fell through the window? My flat is located on the 1st floor, which is quite high up so I’m worried he could be really hurt.
My window overlooks the outdoor car park. I’ve also looked there to see if he was hiding under any of the cars, but to no avail.
I’d be grateful for any advice, tips from anyone of you who has been in the same position! It’s not been a day yet but I feel worried sick wondering where he could be!
