I have no money and I can’t take him. They don’t listen to my suggestions about a cone or something. They barely let him outside to pee but do take him on walks to do his business but they only walk him at night so he usually only goes at night. He also whines ALOT but only at people.
P,S this is the mom of my friend who does this, all she really does is walk the dog and enable it’s bad behaviour but never punishing it(one time it peed in the bathroom, and it was left there ALL day. She was the only one home. She didn’t clean it up even though she was the first to see it and the only one home she always expects her kids to clean up after her dog,
Does anyone know why the dog does all the biting and stuff? Apparently he has dry skin and is allergic to chicken but has never been taking to the vet to get that checked out and I’m just getting frustrated at this point because the licking and chewing is SO annoying when it could be easily treatable, but they are just letting him do it.
