Our Doberman (1.5 yrs) is bleeding from Vulva. Vet says “it’s a mystery...”??

Our Doberman was spayed at about 6-8 months of age. She’s been herself, very active and playful. Eats and drinks water as normal. No signs of being in pain.

We had noticed tiny spots of blood on the floor or bed sheets here and there (she sleeps with my son) but didn’t know from where. It was so little we didn’t think much of it. Then suddenly the tiny spots turned into larger spots and more of them.

1st vet said it was a UTI. Gave her a Baytril injection & Primor 600 (1.5 pills) once a day. A week into the medication, no signs of improvement. Saturday night, my son called me to his room because he literally saw the blood dripping from her vuvla. (I need to learn how to post a pic on here..)

Sunday she jumped off the bed and boom, blood splatter. I took her to another different vet (emergency vet). They did a urine analysis and xrays.

Urine sample looked like pure blood. Vet said “she’s a mystery”. No stones, no crystals. She believes she has an inflammatory infection. She changed the antibiotic to Clavamox 375 and placed some fluid on her back to help flush her out (she looked like a hunchback).

I used my car pmt for this month to cover the vet expenses. I pray that this new medication works!!! After reading another reddit post, I changed her drinking water from tap to spring water.

Has anyone else gone through something similar? Any recommendations?
