Hi, I'm moving to a new apartment in a few months and they require a copy of my cat's shot record. Unfortunately, she came from a friend of my family who fosters strays. The woman who gave her to me had her spayed and immunized. This was several years ago, however, and she doesn't remember what veterinary clinic she visited and she's moved several times since then. Assuming I'm not able to find the vet (my boyfriend and I are calling vets in the area to see if they have any information), how would I go about obtaining some proof of my cat's immunization history?
We'll be visiting the vet soon regardless so I do plan to ask there as well, but I thought I might seek some outside advice first.
