Why is my dog peeing so much?

Hi everyone! I've posted in here a few times (y'all might remember me from the "my dog attacked me what do I do" post), so I thought I'd ask here before I take her to a vet.

For background - the dog in question is a 25-ish-lb lab-staffy mix. She is around 3 years old and intact.

So lately - probably the past four or five days - my small female dog has been drinking a lot of water and in turn peeing, a lot. She typically doesn't have incontinence issues, but it's to the point where I take her out 2 or 3 times a night and she still ends up peeing in the house while we're asleep. She pees a lot every time I take her outside. I've also seen her down an entire, medium-sized bowl of water in one go.

She isn't showing any other symptoms of illness. She's not vomiting, no diarrhea, no depression or lethargy. Besides the peeing thing, she is her usual self.

Is this something I should be worried about?

Picture for attention.
