As far as I'm aware there is a common blue parrot in a pub that I visited, it is about 1 - 1.5 feet tall and has a wing span of what I would expect is about 2.5 feet. It is in a cage about 2 feet wide, 6 feet tall and 4 feet long, as well as this there is loud music and people pestering it all day. I reported them to the RSPCA and want everybody elses opinion. The bird has no feathers on its chest, it's just bare skin (as if it has pulled all its feathers out) and the feathers on top of its wings are broken and bloody / inflamed. I want to know if I have done the right thing by reporting it to the authorities. Thanks.
