Adopted two kitties

Hi all,

I recently adopted two kittens, they are sisters and almost 4 months old. I keep them in my room and have ample of toys for them to play throughout the day; also have a cat tree where they usually sit and look out of the window all the time. The only problem is during the night; they won’t let me sleep and keep jumping around and are hyperactive. So here is my question: Is it ok for me to keep them in my bathroom all night (6-7 hours) with all the necessary supplies. The supplies include: - water - dry food - wet food - clean litter box - ample of toys - two cozy cat beds - a few boxes

I usually put them in the bathroom when i m really ready to go to bed; but sometimes they keep on meowing for like 15-20 mins or maybe more than that. I feel really bad about it personally; but i m not sure what other option I have!

I really don’t want them to suffer or be cruel to them but I am not sure what to do as I really need good sleep at night.

Any suggestions/ comments are highly appreciated.
