I found a praying mantis in my yard and I named her and I gave her food and I put her in a cage and I misted her her cage every day and I took her out of her cage every day, then I let her go back into my yard. I’ve missed her a lot lately and wanted to get a praying mantis like to actually keep as a pet so I made a deal with my mom that if I cleaned out the messy storage room that she would buy me a praying mantis, and I really wanted this mantis so I made that room spotless And so she bought me the cage online and a baby praying mantis The cage comes in three or four days and the mantis comes in a week, Any advice for setting up the cage or caring for the mantis? I don’t know if it’s going to be female or male but it’s a giant Asian mantis if that helps.
