I adopted an adult dachshund about a year ago and I was single throughout that year. He was very calm, he would sleep throughout the night and behave well. I recently began dating someone, and he acts crazy around her. He sleeps in the bed with us and wakes me up every hour and tries to wake my partner up by getting in their face. I suppose he’s jealous, but I try to still give him love and attention even though I’m dating someone new. Any advice to get him to calm down when I’m around my partner? It’s enough to make me not want to spend the night together because I can’t sleep. Thanks
