So my “older” cat (Grayson) is 6 months old. He was living with my mom until I was able to move into my new apartment about a week ago and Grayson moved in with me. He’s slowly acclimating to my house but as he started to acclimate he also started to get lonely and would meow the whole time I would be at work. So I got a new kitten (Tanner) to give him a friend. They get along great but I feel like Grayson plays way too rough with Tanner. He will pin him down and bite his neck and bite everything and Tanner will scream like he’s being killed. But when he gets released, Tanner runs away moment’s only to come back to start fighting again. How can I try to calm Grayson down and have him play gentler?
